Meet the Doctor

Jenevieve Hughes, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in breast disease and breast surgery. Dr. Hughes graduated from Texas A&M College of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and her fellowship in breast surgical oncology at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Pennsylvania.

 

She moved back to Texas with her husband to start her practice, Methodist Richardson Breast Surgeons, which is entirely devoted to treating breast disease. Her medical interests include breast cancer, breast surgery, and the management of high-risk patients and benign breast disease.

 

When not working, Dr. Hughes enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two children, and rescued Labrador Retriever Lucy. Dr. Hughes enjoys photography, cooking, Zumba, and card games.
